Macmillan Coffee Morning Success
On 28th September 2012 PPV held a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support as part of their World's biggest coffee morning campaign.
The coffee morning was held in the boardroom at the Yaxley office which was decorated with balloons and posters highlighting the support Macmillan offer to people affected by cancer. There was a lot of support from friends and family and we had lots of visitors popping in throughout the day for a coffee and slice of cake. The event featured home made cakes and sandwiches all prepared by the PPV staff. The coffee morning was a total success and we raised over £400 for Macmillan cancer support
Wonderful letter we received from Macmillan after event
"You are wonderful! You really are. Your coffee morning at PPV Group Ltd raised £420 on the day.
That's a fantastic amount of Macmillan time, to give people affected by cancer - and their families - some really good people in their corner. A nurse to support them through treatment. An expert on the end of the phone. A volunteer to help with the everyday things.
Because you made time for what relly matters with the World's Biggest Coffee Morning, others won't be going through cancer alone.
With my thanks and warmest wishes to you and everyone who helped to make PPV Group Ltd's Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning such a success. By making time to get together, you've helped sustain others too. I hope you really enjoyed it."

On behalf of the Trustees I would like to thank you for your very kind donation of £2,000. It will have a big impact on the running of this charity.
As you know, we are a small local charity and keep our administration costs to a minimum by having no paid staff and low rental costs. Accordingly, all this money will go to feeding the homeless and nearly homeless in Peterborough.
Yap and Yapy
I am writing on behalf of Yaxley Ameteur Players to thank you for your kind donation to our pantomime. This is very much appreciated by the whole group.
I know that Louise has already spoken to you to convey our thanks but I am not sure that we have been in discussion with Fourfields Primary School in Yaxley. As a result the tickets will be offered initially to children in the school who are known to experience disadvantage in some way and who would not normally come to the pantomime. I hope therefore, that you feel your gift has been well worthwhile.
We wish you a very happy and prosperous new year in 2013.
As part of working within the local community, PPV Group Ltd are proud to sponsor local football team Yaxley Yellow U15’s. Best of luck in the new season!!!
